Backelite sandwich die
On both side of the board used for die's base, the surface layer is the backelite, with resin in the middle. All the metal components of the basing board have been reated by grinding and milling, and the channals for blade is made by CNN, so the mould issmooth and of higher precision, and also have long life as normal resin sandwich mould. |

Machine milling board dies
For these dies, the wooden board is cut by CNC machine, the channels are more precise and of better quality then laser cutting. It have lower the possibilities to defective products. |
