EMBOSSING DIES

Normal embossing die:
High dimensional accuracy, tolerances up to + / - 0.03mm;
Minimum pole position to 0.5MM;
The blade have no connection, of good interface flatness
Blade height and angle are diversified
The die can be repairable and reused.

Waste Sucktion die
It can suck off the waste from cutting by the way of stripping holes in the side, which can improve the production and ensure the dies quality.

Backelite sandwich die
On both side of the board used for die's base, the surface layer is the backelite, with resin in the middle. All the metal components of the basing board have been reated by grinding and milling, and the channals for blade is made by CNN, so the mould issmooth and of higher precision, and also have long life as normal resin sandwich mould.

Easy stripping embossing die
There is striping block in the cutting area, which can reject the cutting works speedly, at the sale time it ensures the smooth and nice cutting of the work.

Embossing die with spring
It has springs in the holes cutting area, then the waste is easy to be rejected out.
