Aluminum sandwich die
On both side of the board used for die's base, the surface layer is the aluminum sheet, with resin in the middle. All the metal components of the basing board have been reated by grinding and milling, and the channals for blade is made by CNN, so the mould is smooth and of higher precision, and also have long life as normal steel sandwich die.
